Join a team at a newly renovated hotel! They pride themselves on offering exceptional guest experiences. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and effective management. 
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, addressing guest complaints, and implementing solutions promptly. 
  • Manage the hotel's budget and financial reporting
  • Lead, train and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. 
  • Monitor and manage the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role. 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
