Your Role with the Company:

As the Technical Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing technical support to internal and external users, prioritizing and escalating technical support request based on how critical they are to the business process. You will troubleshoot network and hardware issues and configure new software and oversee application updates.

Experience Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field is preferred but not required
  • Associates degree and equivalent experience required
  • Familiarity with networking principles and operating systems
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and executive tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working with various operating systems
  • Ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees
  • Excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • A process improvement and collaborative mindset
