We’re a thriving, 10-unit Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Franchise with freestanding locations across New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the lead at one of our high-volume stores.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a 40+ person team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and make every guest feel like family.

• Own every aspect of the store’s operation—from customer service to food quality, team development to profitability.

• Manage and improve store performance through smart business planning, accurate forecasting, and P&L accountability.

• Coach, train, and develop your team to operate efficiently and exceed expectations.

• Ensure full compliance with ServSafe standards, cleanliness, and brand operations procedures.

• Take charge of local store marketing initiatives and community involvement to drive traffic and build repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.

• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

• Strong grasp of budgeting, inventory, scheduling, cost control, and P&L management.

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire excellence and accountability.

• ServSafe Certified (or willing to become certified).

• Able to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.

What You’ll Get:

• Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000 with Weekly Pay

• Monthly Bonus Plan: $1,000–$1,500

• Annual Profit Sharing ("Partners in Profit"): $7,000–$8,000
