As a key member of the leadership team, the Healthcare Sales Director (Marketing Outreach & Enrollment Director) leads the Outreach and Enrollment function—driving growth, guiding team performance, and building strong internal and external partnerships to advance the organization’s mission, culture, and community impact.

What You’ll Do
🚀 Drive Growth & Performance
- Own and exceed census growth targets (gross & net)
- Lead all marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives
- Optimize the intake and enrollment funnel to improve efficiency and conversion
👥 Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
- Manage, coach, and scale the Outreach & Enrollment team
- Track and report on KPIs including leads, home visits, enrollments, and pipeline performance
- Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce for tracking and forecasting
🤝 Build Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and grow referral relationships with:
- Hospitals & health systems
- Physician groups
- Senior housing & post-acute providers
- Community-based organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with interdisciplinary teams to align on growth strategy
📊 Execute with Operational Excellence
- Partner with executive leadership to report on key metrics and solve challenges proactively
- Own department budget and drive performance to plan
- Ensure compliance with enrollment workflows and regulatory guidelines
What You Bring
- 5+ years of healthcare sales, outreach, or enrollment leadership experience
- Proven success driving growth in senior services, PACE, Medicare, or value-based care models
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build relationships across clinical, operational, and community stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
