Position: Experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physician Assistant
Location: Hartford, CT (In-Person)
Specialty: Primary Care – Adult Medicine

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care to a diverse community.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Active Connecticut APRN or PA license (or eligibility)
• DEA and state narcotic registration (or eligibility)
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings preferred
• Spanish language skills preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality care
