As the Production Planner, you will engage with shop floor, plant management and the business to plan and build production schedule. You will strive to improve stability of production schedule and communicate effectively between plant and business resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule all new batches to maximize productivity while minimizing customer impact.
• Respond to all customer email related to order status.
• Review late sales order and inventory to ensure production schedule will prevent stock outages.
• Close batches in Oracle.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain and engineering to ensure schedule is maximized and SSPL is recovered.
• Follow up on batch status with to ensure due date is met. If due date must be change, communication channels must be updated to reflect the new completion date.
• Collaborating with Warehouse team to ensure material is filled and inventory is correct.

Qualifications:

• 2 year technical degree preferred (Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other sciences) or related experience.
• Prior experience handling customer communications.
• Prior experience working within Oracle.
• One (1) or more years of management experience
