We are seeking a seasoned professional who will take charge of setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, specifically Haas and Fadal machines, to produce components of varying sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret detailed blueprint drawings to accurately set up CNC machinery.
• Operate CNC equipment to machine parts with precision and efficiency.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to enhance production processes.
• Mentor and assist junior machinists, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Proficiency with Haas and Fadal CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and geometric dimensions.
