REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Location: Boston, MA

 

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional real estate attorney looking to take the next step in their career while working on sophisticated matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts.

  • 2+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.

  • Proven experience handling purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

  • Joint venture experience is preferred, as well as borrower-side financing experience.

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex transactions efficiently and cultivate meaningful client relationships.

  • Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the firm's growing national practice.

  • Strong law firm or clerking experience preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

  • Assist in joint ventures and borrower-side financing transactions.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

  • Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on high-value real estate deals.
