About the Role:

As Area Vice President, Enterprise East Sales, you'll lead a team of Regional Directors and AEs to drive success with large prospects. You’ll oversee hiring, strategy, territory planning, and sales enablement, working closely with the executive team and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Regional Directors and AEs, focusing on forecasting, strategy, and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute plans to exceed ACV targets
  • Track team KPIs and provide coaching for success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align and optimize GTM strategy
  • Cultivate a high-performance, accountable team culture
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for training and consistency
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools for pipeline management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level (Transportation, TMS or Trucking is preferred)
  • 7+ years managing Enterprise-level sales teams
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to lead by example
  • Must be located in the Eastern U.S. region.
