A premier corporate law team is seeking an experienced attorney with 5+ years of capital markets and public company advisory experience to join its internationally recognized Capital Markets practice. This role focuses on corporate governance, SEC compliance, and transactional matters for clients with sophisticated legal needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Advise public companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and reporting obligations
- Manage SEC and stock exchange disclosure and compliance requirements
- Oversee and maintain client relationships, managing workflow and transactional needs
- Represent companies in capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings
- Navigate complex corporate governance issues in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience advising public companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Experience with SEC and stock exchange reporting requirements
- Strong background in capital markets transactions and public company advisory
- Ability to manage sophisticated clients and handle high-level workflow demands
- Exceptional academic credentials from a recognized law school
