Compensation : $300K+ OTE (base 200K+) - HYBRID work environment in SAN FRANCISCO or PHILADELPHIA
The VP of Recruiting is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to bring in the future Owner-Operators. In general, our stores are independently owned and operated, typically by a person or a pair of people with retail management experience and entrepreneurial hunger. You will lead a team of ~15+ that generates over 30,000 leads per year to result in identifying Aspiring Operators from coast to coast to support the company’s rapid store growth. Aspiring Operators proceed into a rigorous training program of approximately five months before being selected for a store. The specific goals for identifying Aspiring Operators for this year (2024) is 70 and the goals increase each year as our store count and business grows. The VP, Recruiting, will report to the Chief Stores Officer.
