🏥 Healthcare & Medical – Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Office Buildings (M.O.B.), Critical Care Centers🏢 Higher Education – University Research Labs, Teaching Hospitals🏬 Corporate & Commercial – Offices, Retail, Mixed-Use Developments🔬 Technology & Life Sciences – Pharmaceutical Labs, Biotech Facilities, Data Centers
✔ 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare, hospital, and medical facility construction.✔ Expertise in new construction, renovations, and occupied healthcare space projects ranging from $20M to $50M.✔ Proven ability to manage infection control risk assessments (ICRA), sterile environment protocols, and healthcare-specific MEP coordination.✔ Experience with self-perform work, including demolition, structural concrete, rough carpentry, drywall, and Division 10 specialties in hospital settings.✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Project, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Procore.✔ OSHA 30 Certification required; ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification preferred.
🏗 Working in sterile hospital environments or active medical centers requires strict adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.⚒ Must be able to climb scaffolds and ladders, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments.👷♂️ Must have acceptable vision (with or without correction) and the ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and crawl for long periods.
