Printer Technical Analyst - Pre-sales

Our client, a global leader in digital imaging, seeking a Technical pre-sales support representative for their team. This position requires the ability to travel up to 75% (average 4 days per week). This is a home-based position located in the Eastern Region.

Responsibilities:

Support wholesale channel dealer sales efforts by providing our client's branded and third party solutions' technical expertise and workflow assessment to end-user customers and dealer partners through sales call and other related activity
Technical advisory support pertaining to software solutions in regards to workflow survey assessments, RFP, RFQ, proposals, and other sales activity
Technical sales training/seminar delivery to SE audiences and Major Account Sales/technical sales personnel in the channel
Technical sales support and staffing for launches, open houses, trade shows, and events when required
Market intelligence, market analysis, feedback, and reporting to team
Development and execution of strategies with key decision makers and end-user customers in the dealer sales channel and with the intent of increasing software solutions sales
Dealer/account relationship management
Deliver revenue achievement and revenue growth pertaining to all assigned products and solutions in assigned accounts/territories

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience
Large format printer and Pre-sales experience is required
Technical Pre-Sales Support experience is preferred
Ink Jet experience required
Experience with CRM, ECM a plus
Adobe Suite preferred
Graphic Arts and/or Photography a plus
Proficient in IT technologies and in communicating technically with client IT professionals
Experience with enterprise printing and scanning software solutions helpful.
Ability to travel approximately 75% nationwide
Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position

The salary range for this role: $76,150 - $114,040 annually. This role is eligible for commissions under the terms of an applicable plan.
