Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and experienced team working on complex commercial real estate finance transactions.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Georgia.
  • 2-7 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate finance, representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft loan documents and perform due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions.
  • Review and analyze title, survey, and organizational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update closing checklists to ensure smooth and efficient management of transactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to represent clients in a variety of real estate finance matters, contributing to a positive client experience.
