Your Role

• Conduct live surgical training sessions for healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Develop engaging educational content, including digital learning modules and training guides.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, and product teams to refine and enhance medical devices.

• Orthopedic experience – At least 5 years in musculoskeletal medicine, surgery, or a related field.
• Strong teaching abilities – Previous experience in medical education, training, or curriculum development.
• Hands-on skills – Comfortable with surgical demonstrations and lab-based learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Clinical expertise – PA or NP certification OR a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in biomedical sciences.
• Orthopedic experience – At least 5 years in musculoskeletal medicine, surgery, or a related field.
• Strong teaching abilities – Previous experience in medical education, training, or curriculum development.
• Hands-on skills – Comfortable with surgical demonstrations and lab-based learning.
