ASSOCIATE – BUSINESS LITIGATIONLocation: Seattle, WA

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Associate to join their Business Litigation practice group in Seattle.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Washington.
  • 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience, with at least two years in a law firm setting.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing large and complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
  • Handle sophisticated litigation matters with a team of experienced attorneys, collaborating both locally and nationally.
  • Provide legal counsel in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from $260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
