This role will be based at a 200-person chemical manufacturing facility located near Dayton, OH. You will be a member of a process engineering team doing small capital projects, process optimization and some day-to-day support. The parent company has several facilities throughout the United States and there is a defined advancement plant. The bonus target for this role starts at 5% and within 1-3 years, depending on performance, you will be promoted to a Senior Process Engineer role that has a bonus target of 20%.
