We’re hiring an HVAC Sales Executive in Orange County, CA to sell service agreements and retrofit projects to building owners and facility managers.

Impact

  • Grow revenue through service contracts and retrofit work

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships

  • Help customers reduce downtime and improve system performance

  • Bring HVAC solutions that solve real operational problems

Responsibilities

  • Sell HVAC service plans and project work (retrofits, upgrades)

  • Meet regularly with facility managers and building owners

  • Build a pipeline of new accounts and manage existing clients

  • Prepare proposals and close deals

  • Work closely with service and project teams to deliver solutions

  • Track activity and sales progress using CRM

Requirements
Must-Haves

  • 3+ years selling HVAC service or mechanical systems

  • Strong local network of building owners and facility teams

  • Confident in prospecting, presentations, and closing

  • Based in Orange County with a solid work history

  • Great follow-up and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and building systems

  • Experience selling to property managers or real estate groups

  • Familiar with CRM tools and reporting
