\nSell HVAC service plans and project work (retrofits, upgrades)

\nBuild a pipeline of new accounts and manage existing clients

\nWork closely with service and project teams to deliver solutions
\nTrack activity and sales progress using CRM
\nRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years selling HVAC service or mechanical systems
\nStrong local network of building owners and facility teams
\nConfident in prospecting, presentations, and closing
\nBased in Orange County with a solid work history
\nGreat follow-up and communication skills
\nNice-to-Haves
\nKnowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and building systems
\nExperience selling to property managers or real estate groups
\nFamiliar with CRM tools and reporting
\nCompensation & Logistics
