Part-Time Hospitalist – Internal or Family MedicineLocation: Sheboygan, WISchedule: 7–10 shifts per month | Flexible scheduling

Position Overview:We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.

• Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.

• Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.

• Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.

• Participate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.

Schedule & Workload:

• 7 to 10 shifts per month, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).

• Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
