Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Louisville, KY
Shift Hours: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: Based on experience
About the Role
Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in customized CNC routers for industries such as musical instruments and cabinetry, is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. This role will be responsible for welding and fabricating parts to blueprint specifications to support the production of high-quality, customized equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to blueprints and engineering drawings
-
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively
-
Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
-
Cut, shape, and assemble metal components for CNC router production
-
Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality standards
-
Maintain a safe and organized work area while following company safety policies
Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience as a MIG welder in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Strong knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and safety standards

Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

Ability to lift and move materials as required for fabrication

High school diploma or equivalent required
