Facility details: Full Service - Full Service, cut shop, grind, chicken and fresh fish, frozen specialty, box in

box out - capable of producing and selling nearly every item

Team: around 225

Size: 90k - In process of opening a new fish room, would be running 2 buildings

P&L: 240 million

Direct reports: Assistant GM 6-8 Direct reports

Primary responsibilities - Team building, setting the culture and handling issues that contribute to the P&L

Top Qualities they’re looking for:

Servant Leader, about the employees, be there for them, remove roadblocks, good communication, not

afraid to make decisions, decisive, basic knowledge of P&L and finance

Ideally 5 years of GM experience preferred but not required

10 years mgt. Experience required

Strong leadership development

Experience managing P&L - 100-200 mill preferred but open if they have less

Bilingual preferred

Meat and/or seafood background, at least basic understanding required

5 days in office in the facility

Compensation:

Target Compensation $220k - $225k base + 40% bonus based on scorecard - 70% your plant and own personal criteria - 30% overall - (subject to change) LTI 20%
