The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance.

This person will have overall responsibility for this site - with 2 production managers and a small handful of others directly reporting. This role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.
