For over 30 years, The Academy SPS has been unapologetically committed to affirming the brilliance of Black, Brown, African, and biracial students. We don’t lower expectations—we raise them. We deliver rigorous academics, cultural pride, and personal growth through three powerful programs serving grades 3–11.

We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to carry forward the legacy of our founder, Dr. Ruth White, and bring and innovative vision to propel The Academy SPS into its next chapter of impact. This is more than a job—it’s a calling to transform lives and shift narratives for generations.
