Responsible for both end user and system support across a wide array of services. Although primarily a Microsoft *365, Teams, SharePoint) environment, the support and implementation services will include, (but not limited to), Salesforce, ServiceNow, J.D. Edwards, Hyperion, Anaplan and over a dozen other critical services.

The role will also handle the buildout and support of Lenovo and Microsoft laptops, AV conference room systems, both domestic and international. In addition to providing second and third tier support, a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 to manage and optimize our Azure and 365 environments.

This role will also be the primary backup for our Infrastructure engineers, heavily focused on lntune device and application management, patching, security, and compliance across our M365 ecosystem. Imperative to understand lntune, Entra, Defender for Endpoint, Purview and security best practices within the Microsoft cloud platform. They will also possess strong scripting skills to automate tasks and create custom solutions.

The ideal candidate must possess effective communication skills, excellent task management and troubleshooting abilities, as well as a strong work ethic. 

This position will be expected to understand or quickly learn Microsoft Copilot for 365 and Teams Enhanced features 

This position will also be executive support, working with our most senior executives and Directors. Supporting the executive level will require excellent communication and writing skills along with the ability to patiently support and teach new and existing technology. 

 

This position will report directly to the Director of Service Management.
