Position Summary

The NetSuite Practice Director will lead and oversee the growth and expansion of our NetSuite practice. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert, driving strategy, delivery, and team growth while maintaining client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.  
 

Key Responsibilities 

Practice Leadership  - Develop and implement strategies to grow the NetSuite practice.    - Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and specialists.    - Serve as the primary point of escalation for client and project issues.  
 
Business Development  - Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.    - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.    - Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.  
 
Project Oversight  - Ensure successful delivery of NetSuite implementations, customizations, and integrations.    - Manage resources and budgets for multiple projects.    - Implement best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.  
 
Thought Leadership  - Stay current on NetSuite updates, trends, and industry best practices.    - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.    - Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.  
 
Qualifications- Proven experience leading a NetSuite practice, team, or significant projects.  - Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, including ERP, CRM, and integrations.  - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.  - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  - A track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.  - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
