A global law firm has a full-time opportunity for an attorney with 2–6 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice in the Los Angeles office. Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of work
  • Experience representing employers in class and individual matters involving:
  • Wage and hour compliance
  • Employment discrimination
  • Sexual harassment
  • Retaliation
  • Leaves of absence and accommodations
  • Personnel policies and employment agreements
  • Wage & hour class action and PAGA experience is required

 

Practice Overview:

The Labor & Employment Practice delivers a broad range of workplace strategies and legal counsel, including litigation services, consulting, and technical assistance. The team emphasizes understanding the business impact of labor and employment issues and helps clients evaluate options, make informed decisions, and take decisive action.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Expected salary range: $225,000 to $365,000 (final amount based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law)
