Our client is looking for a Director of Sales to take the helm of their sales strategy—someone who thrives in high-performance environments and knows how to turn opportunity into impact. In this role, you won’t just be managing quotas—you’ll be building relationships that matter, identifying and opening new revenue streams, and directly influencing the company's growth trajectory. From self-sourced leads to existing high-end client relationships, you’ll own the entire sales journey.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing sales team—driving accountability, coaching performance, and aligning with key KPIs.

  • Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor, not just a vendor.

  • Consistently meet (and exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Strategically expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and elevating the company’s profile in the luxury aviation space.

  • Deliver timely, accurate forecasts and sales activity reports to keep leadership aligned and informed.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of proven success in selling luxury goods—ideally with high-net-worth clients
