Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our dynamic team in Central. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years and up to 3 years of experience in clinical management. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with industry standards.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical management roles, with a maximum of 3 years preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
