COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their thriving Downtown Los Angeles office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing practice that handles high-stakes litigation for some of the world’s leading companies.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Admission to and good standing with the California Bar.
  • 4+ years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation at a mid-size or large law firm.
  • Strong case management skills, with the ability to take the lead on matters.
  • Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Experience drafting and arguing discovery motions, dispositive motions, and/or class certification motions.
  • Proficiency in taking and defending depositions and assisting in both jury and bench trials.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to contribute to a growing office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-value business and commercial litigation matters across a wide range of industries.
  • Engage in complex litigation, including products liability, consumer class actions, privacy law, false advertising, and toxic torts.
  • Serve as trial counsel for Fortune 200 companies in both state and federal courts.
  • Work alongside seasoned litigators in developing case strategy, preparing motions, and conducting depositions.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team committed to excellence in advocacy, client service, and legal innovation.
