Join us as the Director of Distribution at company, where your leadership will drive warehouse and delivery operations within your market. In this role, you will

• Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and manage daily warehouse and delivery operations for efficiency and service.
• Act as a liaison with commercial partners to drive operational success.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze distribution costs for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Oversee inventory control for accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse and delivery teams.
• Promote safety, compliance, budget management, and continuous improvement.

What you bring to company

• Five or more years related experience
• three to five years previous distribution, transportation and/or warehouse management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent preferred
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years previous management and operations experience
• Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle
• Current state driver's license
• Spanish bilingual abilities preferred
