Role Summary
Ensure that equipment meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to safety, quality, flexibility and throughput. Establish process parameters and procedural requirements creating checks and balances to police conformance. Develop, analyze and implement continuous improvement ideas to meet long term customer required cost reductions and maintain profitability. The scope of work includes all capital equipment and tooling for internal manufacturing systems.

Key Qualifications/Requirements
Education and/or Experience:High School diploma or GEDPost-secondary Engineering education preferred, or related experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferredMinimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferredMinimum 1 year experience in troubleshooting, repairing and improving systems preferredOperate standard office equipment preferred
