Responsibilities:

- Prepare and craft a variety of charcuterie products and delicatessen items while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Participate in the sale of charcuterie products while providing exceptional customer service.

- Efficiently manage a food retail business if required.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent production and plan stock availability.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production lab and retail space.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience as a Chef Charcutier or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of charcuterie preparation techniques and delicatessen products.

- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.

- Mastery of food safety and hygiene standards.
