Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, 10+ first-chair trials to verdict, and an active Florida Bar license.

**Base salary ranges DOE. Total comp can be upwards of $500k+. Plenty of opportunity!**

Job Description

  • Lead catastrophic personal injury cases from complaint through trial
  • Serve as first-chair trial counsel for multiple scheduled high-value jury trials
  • Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court
  • Mentor junior attorneys and oversee litigation teams, paralegals, and case managers
  • Ensure litigation processes and SOPs are followed across the team
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Represent clients with excellence and drive maximum verdict and settlement outcomes

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience (required)
  • 10 or more first-chair jury trials to verdict (required)
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional results
  • Proven track record of significant verdicts or settlements
