Job Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, focusing on pre-litigation matters
  • Interview and evaluate potential clients and witnesses
  • Oversee case strategy and settlement negotiations
  • Draft demand letters, pleadings, and other legal documents
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements
  • Prepare clients for statements and depositions
  • Collaborate with case teams to ensure smooth and efficient file management
  • Maintain strong client communication and uphold high standards of service
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen legal expertise

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience (required)
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar license
  • Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to evaluate claims and develop effective case strategies
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Committed to professionalism and client advocacy
