Office Assistant

Are you highly organized, great with people, and eager to be part of a fast-paced and supportive workplace? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly!

This is a contract job (could lead to being hired), up to 30 hours a week, an onsite position located in an eastside suburb. 

Office Assistant Duties

  • You will be a key player in keeping the office efficient, organized, and welcoming.
  • Whether you are looking to build a long-term career or develop new skills, we offer training!
  • Greeting customers, filling out permits, taking deposits, etc.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Providing a welcoming and helpful experience to visitors and staff.

Requirements

  • A friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Confidence using office software and handling basic administrative duties.

Some training will be provided!
