Position Summary:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including customer service, accounting, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, filing, copying, and ordering office supplies.
  • Data Management: Update material costs, file documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Accounting Assistance: Support the accounting team with weekly payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Contract Management: Assist in preparing and managing contracts and quotes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Office Administrator.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in the building or real estate industry is a plus.
