• Source and screen qualified talent for open roles with clien
• Leverage socials, database searches and professional relationships to build pipeline
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in ATS
• Establish and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Access support and training
• Leverage technology to support a successful desk- Big Biller, Linked In, Microsoft Suites
• Autonomy to work nationwide, any time zone
