Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a qualified M&A Associate admitted in England & Wales with 1-4 years’ PQE.

Location: London

Experience Level: 1-4 years PQE

Basic Remuneration Range: £164,000 - £225,000, plus bonus up to 12% of Basic

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
• Manage complex multi-jurisdictional issues and cross-border transactions.
• Act as lead associates, working closely with partners and counsel.
• Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
• Engage with clients and demonstrate commercial acumen.
• Thrive in a collaborative and collegial environment.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues for candidates with higher experience levels. 

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Strong M&A experience gained within a top-tier international law firm.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions.
• Proven track record of developing talent.
