Chaloner has partnered with Builders Network on their search for a Communications Director.

About Builders

Builders Network (Builders) is a global movement to replace “us vs. them” frameworks permeating media, civics, and education with a movement of Builders: flexible thinkers and constructive problem-solvers working together to advance the will of the people. A non-profit committed to multi-partisanship, Builders seeks to equip people nationwide with the skills, tools, and network to transcend finger-pointing, anger-stoking, and overly simplistic narratives, to advance pragmatic solutions that reflect shared human values, and a common belief in the core tenets of free democratic societies.

Builders builds upon the foundational efforts of Starts With Us, whose original content that breaks down stereotypes, fosters critical thought, and inspires compassion, reaches over 3 million people across social media, e-communications, and an Oscar-qualifying feature-length documentary. Builders’ flagship civic program, Citizen Solutions, convenes groups of citizens across the ideological spectrum to co-create consensus-backed policy proposals to divisive issues, like gun rights and safety or abortion and family wellbeing, encouraging lawmakers to overcome partisan gridlock to advance solutions that reflect the will of the people.

Builders currently operates as part of the Lubetzky Family Foundation ecosystem, founded by KIND Snacks Founder, Daniel Lubetzky. The movement is supported by a community of 300 cross-industry Movement Partners, including Daniel Lubetzky, whose TED Talk that launched Builders in May 2024 has inspired over 1M listeners.
