In this role, you'll take ownership of TWO development teams - one doing web development with C#.Net, React, and Azure and another doing mobile development using React Native. We are looking for a Development Manager with both .Net Web development as Mobile development experience! This is required. as you’ll be the driving force behind engineering excellence—leading teams in maturing best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps, while ensuring rapid and high-quality software delivery. We absolutely need an experienced leader who has experience leading web and mobile development teams.

What experience is required for this role?

• You must have current and recent experience in software development management role, leading .Net web development and mobile development teams.
• Past hands-on experience in a software development role (such as Developer or Architect), with a solid technical background in relevant programming languages (C#.Net, JavaScript, etc.)
• Previous frontend web development using React is preferred.
• Prefer working knowledge of cloud platform development and deployment; Azure strongly preferred.
• Prefer experience with Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams, focusing on collaboration and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, feedback, and Agile best practices.

This role will initially involve working in our office with our teams but then will move to a hybrid role with one day per week in the office. YOU MUST LIVE IN THE ATLANTA AREA or be willing to relocate! This is a full-time position with full benefits provided including medical coverage, retirement plan, and many amenities.
