Are you ready to redefine the future of technology for a dynamic enterprise? As the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (SVP, CTO), you'll take the helm of our technology teams and will be leading the charge in shaping a bold digital transformation strategy. Reporting to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, this visionary leader will partner with the executive team and Board to harness technology as the driving force behind operational excellence, digital transformation, and impactful program delivery.

This high-impact role is your opportunity to revolutionize the way technology enhances experiences, drives opportunities, and enables growth across the entire organization.  We are based in Atlanta and as a leader of our IT organization, you would be working on site at our offices two days each week - the other days are remote! In total, you will be managing a staff of 50 IT professionals in various disciplines and have several direct reports.  You also will lead our technology committee which meets Quarterly and drives the strategic direction in technology and innovation. You will have a seat at the table related to driving technical direction and initiatives for our organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Visionary Leadership: Champion the enterprise's strategic technology vision, driving innovation and aligning technology initiatives with the organizational mission and goals.
  • Digital Transformation Pioneer: Be the architect of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, shaping a future-ready organization.
  • Technology Authority: Oversee all internal and external technology products and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Expert Advisor: Serve as a trusted voice on cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance, analytics, product development, and data quality.
  • Change Agent: Inspire cultural and operational change by embedding technology into every aspect of the enterprise's operations and stakeholder experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Credentials: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; an MBA or master’s degree is a plus. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven Experience:
    • 20+ years of success in technology leadership roles, with 12+ years managing IT operations or software development.
    • A track record of delivering transformative strategies and technology-driven business solutions.
  • Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives, focusing on business processes, budgeting, and innovation.
  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise software applications, systems design, and technology platforms, including Microsoft environments. Experience with the Salesforce platform would be a plus.
  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams, fostering talent development, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Certifications (preferred but not required): Examples include CCNA, CGEIT, CSM, CISSP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or TOGAF.
