We are currently looking for a high-energy, ambitious Marketing Coordinator with knowledge of technology, and solid marketing and/or lead generation experience. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, has outstanding communication skills, has demonstrated knowledge of business-to-business marketing and who is willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and intellectually challenging environment. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and will work closely with our Sales and Customer Support teams.
THE ROLE:
Your primary role will be to ensure marketing initiatives are successfully coordinated and implemented to meet defined goals. This role will involve every aspect of corporate marketing as it relates to the development of the Company and product brands, delivery of services, marketing communications and targeted lead generation campaigns. You will need to balance strategic thinking with a high level commitment to task execution, ensuring both long-term objectives and day-to-day responsibilities are effectively managed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate and manage a variety of marketing projects relating to advertising, email campaigns, events, public relations, websites, promotions plan, reporting and interpreting results using online tools and technology
· Manage marketing lead generation initiatives, including: email blasts; Google AdWords; website conversions; events; and other campaigns and integrate with CRM database (Salesforce.com)
· Develop product marketing communications (e.g., brochures, white papers, customer profiles)
· Maintain Company websites in the context of the Company SEM and branding
· Be responsible for Company SEO and oversight of contractors and maintain and report from Google Analytics
· Manage email marketing initiatives with direction and guidance from management
· Manage all social media programs including corporate Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn presence
· Follow up with all marketing activities to track success of marketing initiatives
· Manage and create reporting for management for all events and campaign results
· Event coordinator for all conferences, corporate events, trade shows, round tables, and webinars
· Additional responsibilities and tasks, as necessary.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO WE REQUIRE?
Experience:
· 1-3 years in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Sales Support for a technology firm.
Education Level:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related major or equivalent work experience.
Marketing Communication Skills:
· Strong, creative writing skills sufficient to write brochures, white papers, customer profiles, etc.
· Able to quickly translate technical features into industry specific customer oriented benefits
· Able to prepare business to business communications for technical industries.
Computer Skills:
· Adobe Creative Suite
· MS Office (strong Word and PowerPoint)
· ActiveCampaign (a plus)
· Google Analytics
· WordPress experience (a plus)
· Video capture and editing (a plus)
· SalesForce CRM (a plus)
