QA Test Engineer - Call Center Application

Do you have 4-5 years of solid, detailed QA testing experience and looking for a contract opportunity that will go at least to the end of this year?  We are looking for 3-4 QA Test Engineers that have some type of QA certification and have tested call center or contact center applications and systems.  We are testing our telephony applications and ideally seeking individuals who have recently done the same!
 
For this role, you will be working through a number of test cases that have already been created to thoroughly do UAT and document your testing results.   You must have UAT experience and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to a strong QA background.  Attention to detail is critical for this role.  For this opportunity, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product functionality and UAT requirements
  • Execute UAT and analyze test results to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing in a timely manner
 
We are working EST hours so we require QA Test Engineers that are located in EST or CST time zones. We are unable to sponsor so we also require qualified individuals who can legally work for any US employer.
