We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot (Analyst/Developer) Consultant to support the implementation of HubSpot Sales and Service Hubs for our growing logistics company. This 2–3 month contract role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Atlanta and/or in the EST or CST time zones.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Lead the technical implementation of HubSpot CRM and Service Hub
  • Partner closely with the sales and customer service teams to translate business requirements into HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automation
  • Configure and optimize sales pipelinesticketing systems, and knowledge base features
  • Design and deploy AI chatbot solutions using HubSpot's native tools to handle common customer inquiries
  • Ensure data integrity and CRM best practices throughout the implementation
 
Who You Are
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Consultant, especially in implementing Sales and Service Hubs
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales funnels, and customer service workflows
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot automationworkflow buildingcustom properties, and chatbot configuration
  • Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
 
Nice to Have
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Sales Software, Service Hub, CMS, or Operations Hub)
  • Experience with third-party integrations or custom API development
  • Background in customer experience or sales operations
