Job Overview:Our Client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardscape Specialist to join their team. This role will involve designing, installing, and maintaining hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardscaping and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the landscape design team to implement hardscape projects
• Install pavers, retaining walls, walkways, patios, fire pits, and other hardscape elements
• Ensure proper installation techniques, quality standards, and adherence to safety practices
• Maintain and repair hardscapes as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time completion
• Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Strong understanding of materials, tools, and techniques used in hardscaping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
