Clinicians will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
