Environmental Health Safety Specialist & Quality

Riverlink is working with a long-standing client in the Minneapolis/St Paul area looking for a Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The ideal candidate will have over 1-3 years of experience identifying opportunities to minimize workplace injuries.

Responsibilities:

Candidate must have completed the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Course.
Has experience working as the chair on the Safety Committee and be a safety role model.
Experience evaluating the AWAIR program.
Experience making recommendations to senior management.
Ideally the candidate should have experience proactively enforcing safety rules and address employee safety concerns.
Experience implementing safety training.
Help implement programs that following all federal, internal health, and safety rules.
