Job Description
- Manage real estate transactions including simple refinances, buyer-only and seller-only deals, and full closings
- Handle builder-related matters, from initial project setup through to final contracts and draw requests
- Coordinate all phases of the residential closing process
- Prepare and organize closing documents and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
- Experience with closings and builder transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, phone)
