What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations for Food Safety and Quality Assurance across the facility.
Supervise FSQA and Sanitation teams, ensuring full compliance with USDA, FDA, ODA, SQFI, and GMP standards.
Champion a contamination-free environment by proactively overseeing food production and plant operations.
Qualifications, partial list:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Safety or Science
USDA Minimum 10 years of Food Safety Management experience in a food processing facility
FDA, HACCP, SQF, or BRC experience, including leading facility audits
5+ years of prior employee leadership experience
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
Competence in basic math and Excel. Ability to communicate in English.
