Revenue driven goals, less of a scorecard and buckets to hit versus a BOA or other larger bank. Relationship driven, full wallet share approach. These are subject to change in a good way but gives you guidelines to talk about. We are a secured lender, collateral and insurance. Generalists.
One position in Savannah, 5 or two open in the greater ATL area or anywhere in GA for that matter.
Quarterly/annual goals:
• Quarterly incentive plan- This could be dialed up or dialed in at any time.
• 20 new business checking accounts per quarter. ($100 balance and above)
• $750k in deposit balances (in your open checking accounts) by end of quarter (yes, we have claw back feature if the customer doesn’t use the account and closes it after the BBRM gets a payout)
• $1,625,000 in booked loans per quarter.
• 5 booked loan referrals to consumer or commercial per quarter. (no, they do not receive the referred loan dollar amount loan credit in their loan goal)
• 4 activated merchant referrals
• 4 activated TM referrals
• 1 T&W referral
Onboarding:
• First 90 days training on Bank OZK products and services. Lending bootcamp etc.
Goal attainment:
• Q1 of employment, ramp up period
• Q2 of employment, reach 50% of goal
• Q3 of employment, reach 50%-75% of goal
• Q4 of employment, reach 100% of goal
Thresholds:
• $5m in revenue / $1m in loan size
